The Four Skill Levels – Knowing Where Your Team Is

Welcome to The Watchman church security podcast and this is episode #8. In today’s broadcast, we are going to talk about the four skill levels that exist. Surprisingly enough, most people think that they are better than what they really are and that can be a very dangerous thing. Knowing where you are is really important and I will break down the skill levels so that you can identify where you are as an individual and as a team.

As always, I am brutally honest and you may not like what I have to say so put your seat belt on and be prepared to be offended. Many of you have a false sense of security about your abilities, and we are going to talk about some of those very issues. Too many people are far too comfortable in their abilities, or lack thereof, and need a good smack in the face about why they are not as skilled as what they may think. Guys, too many of you think that you can defend yourselves when you have never been in a fight and you need to get over that and get training because odds are if you ever get in a real fight for your life that you are going to get hurt or killed because of your ego.
